How quickly can I expect to see results, and are they sustainable?

While it’s impossible to say how quickly you will see results, many of my clients start seeing changes within the first 7 days following the changes I give them. What is the time commitment for this program?


I understand you're busy, so everything we do together is designed to fit into your life. I always tell my clients that health and fitness should work with your life, not be your life. That’s why you can choose coaching sessions ranging from 15 to 60 minutes each week. Plus, my app provides personalised support and guidance at your fingertips anytime.

What does the program cost, and what does it include?


It’s £495 for the first 3 months. This investment covers your personalised plan, up to 4 hours of coaching per month, 24/7 direct messaging support (when I’m not sleeping), access to my exclusive app, nutrition guides, recipe books, and your very own 12-week planner. Then, after your first 3 months, you can continue getting results for just £95 per month on a rolling contract, or you can spread your wings and fly with your newfound health and weight loss results!

Does the program include personalised nutritional advice?


Absolutely! You won't find any restrictive diets here. Together, we focus on healthy, sustainable eating habits tailored to your preferences. My approach is about adding joy to your life, not restricting it.

What if I'm new to exercising or have specific physical limitations?


No worries! Whether you're a beginner or have specific needs, your exercise program will be tailored accordingly. From walking to more intensive workouts, I ensure your routine is effective, enjoyable, and safe.

What kind of support and accountability can I expect?


You'll have one-to-one support from me, your coach, through our app, offering guidance, motivation, and accountability. Plus, you can book up to four hours of coaching sessions each month, in person in Darlington town centre (South Park or a cafe)... or via Zoom, all tailored to your needs.

Does the program use any specific apps or technology?


Yes, my exclusive app is your hub for direct communication with me, tracking your progress, and accessing a wealth of resources. It's user-friendly and a great tool to keep you on track.
